Learn About Us

bek3 was built with a clear goal — to bring a world-class online gaming experience to players in every corner of Bangladesh. We believe that fun, security, and convenience together are what truly make a platform great. Every service, every feature, and every decision we make is built around these three core principles.

Players in Bangladesh faced a major problem — world-class gaming platforms often do not support local payment methods, do not offer service in Bengali, and do not understand the local context. bek3 was created to fill exactly that gap. We directly support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking solutions — so that depositing and withdrawing is easy, fast, and hassle-free.

Our platform offers a wide game library ranging from cricket betting to live casino, slots to fishing games. Our partnerships with leading global game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming ensure that you always get fair, high-quality gameplay. Every game is independently tested and certified for fairness.

New players at bek3 receive a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. It can be started with a deposit of as little as ৳100. Our welcome bonus is a competitive offer in the Bangladesh market, and its wagering requirement — just 20x the bonus amount — is clear and straightforward. For example, deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳3,000.

Our VIP program is divided into four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases at each tier, up to a maximum of 1.5%. We believe loyal players should be rewarded, and our VIP system reflects that philosophy.

Finally, our support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Any issue can be resolved via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Our support email: [email protected].
